If you have a large group going through the course, and more than 10 people watching the videos together, we request you take an offering at the end for Cynthia’s ministry. We don’t want to charge for every person who watches the videos and trust you to be generous with this if it is helpful to your group.
If you would like to request Cynthia to come and train your group in person, doing a vision casting kick off, and additional disciple-making skills not included in the book, we offer a option of the following.
This includes:
1. Vision casting kick off luncheon – 1.5 hour session
2. Training Session 1- a Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday morning training with Cynthia (recommended to be within a month of the kick off)
3. Training Session 2- a Friday evening, all day Saturday training
4. Training Session 3- a Friday evening, all day Saturday training
5. Final training session and Commissioning – a Friday evening, all day Saturday training, Cynthia would stay on the Sunday and either speak or give a short window greeting.
6. Ongoing coaching with leaders who emerge for 1 year.
Cost: $5,450 plus Cynthia’s travel and housing costs as well as the cost of the books and workbooks mentioned above.
This option is for those churches or groups who are very serious about shifting to a multiplication approach. Groups need to first go through a phone interview with Cynthia to assess readiness and for her to understand their goals and aims.
